    Mindfulness is an innate human trait that we can all access anytime to improve our daily experiences. It’s STOP-ing in a moment to catch oneself on autopilot, Taking a breath, Observing what’s going on around and inside ourselves and then Proceeding with a mindful response.

    Mindful eating is having whatever we want, whenever we want! It’s intuitive because we pay attention to all our food experiences with curiosity and inner wisdom. And when eating, we use hunger, fullness and satiety cues to let us know what and how much we truly want. We pay attention and enjoy our food, slowly, mindfully without compromising pleasure, satisfaction or health!
