I Want a Cookie!
Mindful eating is having whatever we want, whenever we want! It’s intuitive because we pay attention to all our food experiences with curiosity and inner wisdom. And when eating, we use hunger, fullness and satiety cues to let us know what and how much we truly want. We pay attention and enjoy our food, slowly, mindfully without compromising pleasure, satisfaction or health!
